- The past graduates as Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (Honours) in Physiotherapy of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Dhaka.

Application and Verification
Every application sent to the Secretary- General by an applicant for the ordinary membership shall be consistent.
- Fill membership google form or hard copy.
- Certified true copy of the Academic Certificate/Transcript.
- Certified true copy of the National Identity Card / Passport / Driving license.
